The Bangor Station is an unstaffed station.  For the morning run, the station is opened and monitored by the Railroad Cafe, a business in the station with specialty coffees, smoothies, ice cream, and breakfast and lunch items.  In the evening, the City provides a station attendant who provides security, information and maintains the bathroom. Tickets must be purchased prior to departure.

Train # 371 from Bangor departs at 9:02 a.m. Eastern Time and arrives in Chicago at 10:30 a.m. Central Time. The return trip from Chicago is Train # 370 and leaves Chicago at 5:20 p.m. Central Time.
